Care instructions
- Use warm water and dish soap and clean spots off your hat. It's not necessary to soak the whole item. For hard to clean spots use a soft bristled brush.
1. Processing & Production Time
Each item on our store is custom-made just for you. Once you place an order, it is sent to our production partners to be printed.
Standard Processing: Most items are processed and printed within 5–7 business days.
Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, production may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your order meets our quality standards.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping time begins after the production process is complete. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
USA: 3–7 business days.
Canada: 10–15 business days.
International: 10–30 business days (depending on the destination country).
Note: These are estimates provided by our shipping carriers. Once an item leaves the production facility, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
4. Multiple Packages
If you order different types of products (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt), they may be produced at different facilities. In these cases, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times. Don't worry—you will receive tracking for each package!
5. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, OC Designworks is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected at the time of delivery.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are unable to redirect or refund orders that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to the facility due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
The "Checkout +" Advantage
We get it—buying clothes online can be tricky. Will the fit be right? Will the color look the same in person? Checkout + is an optional add-on that removes the "what-ifs" from your order.
For a small flat fee at checkout, you get:
- Free Shipping on Returns: If you need to send something back for store credit, your shipping label is 100% covered. No surprise shipping fees later.
- Easy Size Swaps: Not the right fit? Your exchange shipping is covered both ways, making it easy to get the size you actually need.
- Instant Label Access: No need to break out your credit card again. If you have Checkout +, just click "Print" in our portal and you're done.
- Peace of Mind: Shop with the confidence that if it’s not perfect, getting it sorted won’t cost you extra.
If you choose to opt out of Checkout +, you are still welcome to return or exchange your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label at the time of the return.
How to Start Your Return or Exchange
- Visit our Online Return Portal.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the items you wish to return or exchange and the reason why.

Download your label:
- Checkout + users: Download your prepaid label instantly.
- Standard users: Purchase and download your shipping label in the portal.

Ship it back: Package your items securely and drop them off at the designated carrier.
Returns
- Returns: All approved returns are processed as Store Credit (E-Gift Card).
- Inspection: Once your item is received at our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection.
- Issuance: Your store credit will be emailed to you immediately after approval and never expires.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
- Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or color.
- If you purchased Checkout +, the shipping for your exchange is free both ways.
- If you did not purchase coverage, shipping costs for the return will apply.
Return/Exchange Eligibility
Because our items are printed to order, we maintain strict quality standards for returns:
- Items must be in original, unused, and resalable condition (no pet hair, odors, or signs of wear).
- Final Sale: Certain promotional items products may be marked as final sale and are ineligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If we made a mistake (misprint, hole in garment, or wrong item), we will make it right. Please contact info@ocdesignworks.com with photos of the issue.
- In these cases, we cover 100% of the costs regardless of whether you purchased Checkout +.
International Returns
