SECTION 1 - PRINT-ON-DEMAND (POD) AGREEMENT

OC Design Works is a Print-on-Demand shop. This means each product is custom-made specifically to your order.

  • Production Time: Orders typically require 3–7 business days for printing and quality checks before they are handed over to the carrier for shipping.

  • Color Accuracy: We strive for the highest degree of accuracy; however, due to variations in monitor settings, digital displays, and the inherent nature of textile printing, colors on your screen may vary slightly from the physical product.

SECTION 2 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on ocdesignworks.com, including but not limited to artwork, designs, logos, text, and website copy, is the exclusive property of OC Designworks.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the site for the purpose of personal shopping.
  • Redistribution, modification, reproduction, or unauthorized commercial use of our designs or content is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

  • Finality of Sale: Because items are custom-printed upon order, once an order is sent to production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping or taxes unless specified.
  • Errors: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order arising from pricing errors, technical glitches, or inaccuracies in product descriptions.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

  • Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a valid and accurate shipping address. We cannot redirect or retrieve packages once they have been shipped.
  • Delivery: Title to the goods and the risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. OC Design Works is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or postal service disruptions.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OC Design Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or website. In no case shall our total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
