How to find your current balance

For your security, we do not store full gift card codes on our website. You can view your live, up-to-the-minute balance using one of the two methods below:

1. Check your original email When you (or the person who gifted you) purchased the card, an email was sent with the subject line "Your gift card is ready!" * Open that email and click the button that says "View Gift Card."

• This will take you to your personal gift card page, which displays the current remaining balance and the original code.

2. Contact our support team Can’t find your original email? No problem! We are happy to look it up for you.

• Please send us a message using the contact form below or email us at info@ocdesignworks.com.
• Important: For security, please include the last 4 digits of your gift card and the name of the person who purchased it. For your protection, please never send your full 16-digit code via email.
